I had booked a Men's cut and colour, only to be told on arrival that they only did women's colour. After some negotiation, it turned out that they did have semi-permanant colours that they could use. Rob was as helpful as possible, but it was a bit of a process.... They then charged me an additional £33, on top of the £70 that I had prepaid. There was never an adequate explanation of why it cost over £100. My most expensive trip to the hairdresser - ever!
