I came across Lara after needing to book a last minute massage to manage shoulder pain. I have regular physio and massage treatments and can honestly say that this was one of the best massages I've ever had. Lara used the right amount of pressure and focused on the areas most in need. And the use of hot stones was an added bonus. I would highly recommend.
