I had a facial- my italian therapist was delightful. Don't go if you've just done your hair- she put oil through it. She was meticulously trying to get off all the crumbs from the peel but I left with bits still on my face. The lady at reception was not very welcoming. She didn't tell me I could use two rooms, a salt steam room and a warm resting room- she just told me to sit and wait...without my reading glasses, twiddling my thumbs with lots of magazines...for my therapist to turn up.
