Massage therapist was welcoming, friendly and thorough, listening to my concerns to tailor the massage to my needs. I was a little worried safety wise about going into someone's home but it was absolutely fine. Dim lighting and more volume on the music would help with relaxation. The massage reduced my muscle pain.
