Love going to the salon I always come home feeling great. the staff are all friendly and welcoming. Pet did a great job on my hair and it looked brilliant when she finished and even had people compliment me when I was out shopping saying how fabulous it looked. I was really pleased with the result as I wanted to try a new look and Pet did not disappoint. would recommend Pigtails to everyone

Been using pigtails for the past few years, really pleased with the service and results. I'm very fussy and can be someone who constantly changes there mind (hairdressers nightmare). Sarah Jane always grounds me and provides me with her sound professional advice.

I have always been delighted with the salons professional friendly service. The girls are all very skilled hairdressers, a pleasure to see the three other members of staff, Petra is my stylist and has been for many years, she does what a very competent hairdresser should do advises on styles/colours (photos I generally show her) which would suit and those that won’t or can be adapted. I always enjoy my time here, it’s my chill zone. Thank you all and especially you Pet.
