I have been 4 times now and each one has been lovely. They listen and they what I ask, I've had 2 bad experiences in other salons and I'm really happy with this salon. Ladies are happy and chatty and they listen and they are professional. I'm happy.

Adriana was great at handling my 3 year-old son who’s always making a scene at the hairdresser. She was firm yet very gentle with him. The haircut was excellent. Exactly what we needed. I’m considering to go for myself. :)

The hairstyle itself was great, Petra was understanding and supportive. I went in to get a big haircut (half my hair) and she actually cut it a bit longer than I planned but it ended up being perfect. So I appreciate her input!
I'm only giving 4 stars because of the booking system. I'd originally booked for 4:30 and was then re-scheduled for 4:15 automatically and then again for 4:05, both times nobody even gave me a call to check if that works for me.

Pigtails is a lovely venue with light music playing and the staff are lovely and friendly.
It was very busy on Monday and Petra and Adrienne coped wonderfully working together to deal with us customers quickly and professionally.
