Really lovely experience - Everybody was exceptionally friendly, especially Victoria, and took the time to figure out exactly how best to approach my hair! The job took longer than expected as the bleach yielded slightly unexpected results but Victoria was thorough and attentive throughout and I'm very happy with the outcome. Excellent value for money.

Andreana is an exceptional person, nothing is too much trouble, she gave me a new look that was amazing 😍 she pays attention to detail constantly, I have never had a bad experience from this wonderful woman.
Pigtails itself is a lovely friendly place to go to have your hair done and if you need help with colours they are spot on with advice.
