Welcomed with a smile & shown immediately to my chair.Adriana asked what I wanted in a cut,listened,took her time,checked if I wanted any adjustments.We talked in a relaxed manner throughout the cut.Overall a pleasant experience.
I booked on line,my partner asked previously in the shop,if blue light discount cards were accepted there,they are👍. However on the day,I presented it bit it was unknown to her🤔
Apart from that,I will return for future cuts.

The stylist took the time to listen to what I was aiming for look wise. She checked in with me throughout and appeared genuinely interested in how the cut was progressing. I will be returning when needed and like that I can book an appointment online when it suits me. It was very quiet on the day of my appointment but the conversation flowed and made it less awkward!
