Went there 3 times, first two were okay, but this last visit was a nightmare.
I have extremely fine and thin hair, so I hold to every bit of volume I can achieve. Petra decided to use thinning shears on the back of my head and now I have flat even thinner rounded bob. And the shears were dirty, with previous client's hair that she just shook out before using. Then wanted me to leave with wet hair because I only paid for the haircut and apparently that doesn't include plain drying. Disgusting.
