Really lovely experience - Everybody was exceptionally friendly, especially Victoria, and took the time to figure out exactly how best to approach my hair! The job took longer than expected as the bleach yielded slightly unexpected results but Victoria was thorough and attentive throughout and I'm very happy with the outcome. Excellent value for money.
