I was really nervous when I went and straight away I was reassured, when I explained to Sarah that I didn’t know what I wanted we looked at some pictures, I have arthritis which means my ability to style my hair is limited, Sarah talked me through my options and at every stage asked if I was happy with the style. I went in feeling frumpy and came out feeling a million dollars. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back
