She gave her all time but when I came home I felt she didn’t cut how I explained her after wash its look bit weird for me, she was very friendly and calm, in the end I suppose to pay 14£ but she charged me 20£ saying I give her new style, when she start cutting I just explained how I want but I left on her aswell what she thinks it would look great.I think she should explain me before the cut that it’s gona cost, I checked website there is nothing written about 20£,

Long haired man here. First time I’ve walked out happy with my haircut in 3 years. Lovely place, very friendly and skilled hairdressers. Would be coming here every time for my haircut if I wasn’t leaving Bristol.
The only thing I will say is that I thought the beard trim included a straight razor shave which it didn’t but apart from that I would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone. 5 stars
