It was the first time I had been to the salon Petra was very welcoming made me feel comfortable and at ease I'd booked the wrong treatment time length but she quite happily said its OK don't worry and blow dried and straightened my hair once cut. Very pleased with the end result and I will definitely be booking for there again .
