The premises were very clean, modern and relaxing music playing which made it inviting. I didn't particularly like the gentlemen at the reception however the owner was there and she was extremely nice and welcoming. The treatment was very good the therapist was quiet but nice ,I was happy with that as I felt more relaxed not having to make small talk. I would return and have the treatment again.
I visited here on two days ago, a very nice upmarket looking salon. I was seen to as soon as I arrived. My hairdresser was friendly and polite. A very good quality cut, colour and blow-dry, as well as a conditioning treatment. The hairdresser had great attention to detail. Also great follow up price for my next visit. I was made a very nice coffee, was asked several times if I wanted anything. I left looking and feeling great. Overall a really good experience for me. No sign of rude staff, or this dog everyone keeps mentioning, a shame as I was looking forward to seeing the dog! (I checked out the reviews on here before visiting)

I originally started coming to Letitia Haute Coiffure on a Groupon deal for a body scrub, wrap and massage. Since then i've made it a regular monthly treat to myself. The salon is stunning, clearly a lot of money was spent on the decor in the treatment rooms each having a private shower - which is essential between the scrub and the wrap. They do seem to have a team of rotating therapists, but every one i've had has been friendly and efficient. I go back because between the scrub and the wrap my skin feels like silk (an effect my bfriend has enjoyed!). And because I regularly book my next session after each treatment, I've benefited from a discount that brings the price down to affordable. It's not the cheapest or most 'value' of places, but you're paying for a quality service in a fab salon in an ace location. If you can get an offer I highly recommend trying it out.

I have visited this salon twice after reading amazing reviews on here. On my first visit I had a very lovely therapist, who informed me that it was her last day of working at the salon. I had a full manicure and pedicure, which was done very well. I was pleased with the results, but one of the fingernails chipped after about a day, so I had to remove all of it. I also had a spray tan. Again, I was happy with the results. I then had a nightmare when it came to paying for the treatments. I was given a bill far larger (about £50 more!) than I had been quoted on the phone by the therapist. I mentioned this and reluctantly paid the bill. I then returned to the therapist, who told me that I had been way over-charged after looking at my receipt. She then had a word with the manager privately and he agreed to refund me some of the money. He was very annoyed at having to do so. He was very rude in his manor, saying that this was going to take him ages to rectify on the tills. It wasn’t even my fault; his attitude was terrible, which surprised me because he was the manager. I decided to visit the salon again despite my bad experience, because I didn't know any others in the area and wanted to give it another chance. This time I was very unhappy with the result of the spray tan and manicure. The tan was done by a different therapist to before. I asked for the same level of tan as previously, but the results were far darker than I asked for and it looked a bit patchy - with my boobs being much darker than the rest of me, which looked awful! The nails were even worse, the girl rushed it after being told that her next client had already arrived, making a bit of a mess of it. No attempt was made to dry the nails (they don't appear to have a drying machine), and I was left in a room on my own for over an hour, waiting for the nails to dry. As I accidently moved a few times (my fingers were not separated), the nails got smudged and I had to re-touch them myself. The manager came in at one point, and started bad mouthing a client who had phoned up making queries about massages at the salon, which I thought was very unprofessional. In the end I had to leave the salon before my nails were completely dry. During the journey home, because I had things to carry, the nails were totally ruined. So I had to do them again myself when I got home, a complete waste of time and money! I informed the salon of this via email, but received no reply. I will definitely not use this salon again. The manager's attitude is extremely bad, staff do not appear to like him and this is reflected in the service received. Also, the quality of the treatment depends very much on who is doing it, it is inconsistent.

I had a facial of Adele and she is brilliant. Very relaxing, gently but firm massage. My skin felt like a baby bums !
