A shame that I didn’t have my usual hairdresser and no explanation was provided. Was still a good experience however I would have preferred my usual hairdresser

I was a bit nervous about my first hair cut since moving to Manchester (I'd prevously been with my hairdresser for 7 years!) but I was so delighted with it! Aaron listened, understood what I was after, and gave me the best haircut I've had in ages - chuffed! Each of the other members of staff I spoke with were friendly and polite, I'll be back again and happy to recommend to others.
