I couldn't actually attend the appointment because I was late - they were very understanding and have booked me in for next month instead. Very impressed by how accommodating they were about this though so thought it deserved a mention!

Always pleasant customer service and the staff talk through what they’re going to do based off what you want giving you the haircut you asked for. Would recommend.
