The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the venue was very clean and looked professional. The staff asked exactly what I wanted and that is exactly what I got. Great service all round

My hairwash was rough and rushed, without so much as a ‘is this temperature ok’ let alone any kind of head massage. The same girl then offered me a cup of tea but never brought it to me. The haircut and blow dry itself was great and Jodie was lovely too. Just really needs work at the assistant level unfortunately.
