I was booked in with Johanna. I have long curly hair which I asked to be cut into a long bob so quite a big change. Johanna knew how to style my hair so it had good shape when curly. I love the style and Johanna was so lovely. Very pleased with my experience! :)

Was so unhappy with my blow-dry, I stopped somewhere else on the way home. Emailed to express how unhappy I was didn't get a reply I also called and they couldn't care less. So disappointed as I've been before but won't be going again.

So I arrived 5 mins early, went to the loo and waited my hairdressed arrived at 11.05 then had a chat said she was taking her jacket and coffee cup down and returned 10 mins later. the toilets had no paper towels, nor hand dryer and the walls were mucky with finger marks and smeared make-up! Then I sat down showed her a picture and explained what I wanted and she dissapeared for 10 mins, mixing the bleach I assume but took some time. I was then offered a drink and the coffee took some time to arrive and she did not speak one word at all while applying the bleach. Before she began she said she would be charging me an extra £10 as my hair is long. I explained I had paid for long hair service already, she asked were and I confirmed this app. Then she said she would return 15 mins later to rinse the bleach at the back and she was gone for half an hour doing someone elses hair. She then came and rinsed the back, I was sat at the end basin next to the wall and there was a thick film of dust mixed with hair between my chair and the wall! I then got sat back down and again told 15 more mins and she would return to rinse the sides but again took a very long time. she asked if I wanted another coffee and magazines I said yes but neither arrived. Then the apprentice went to rinse my hair and the water was ice cold, she said she had to rinse bleach as was over processing, well I've had it on a lot longer than I was meant to already. We waited a good five mins and water was ice cold and then she said she was going to get in trouble, no apology. The hairdresser came over and was like oh, apparently it's an old building so always going cold. She then looked at it for toner colours, had gone quite yellow and orange apparently, I do have dark hair but it was left on alot longer than it was meant to be on. Anyways I then had my hair washed with the ice cold water and then waited some time for toner, she said it would stay on 10 mins but was on 25 mins, I timed it! She then went to cut my hair, we agreed on two inches at the start, anyways, she has cut between 4-6 inches off, I didn't realise fully yesterday as she blowdried it curly after it being done. It's darker than the colour I asked for and nor did she put lots of layera in like discussed. I am generally still quite happy with the result, even though it isn't what I wanted exactly. Service was awful, I said I would buy the shampoo for the coloured hair she was recommending and she then proceeded to try and charge me £125, for everything. The service I had alread paid for, toner, plus shampoo and conditioner. I explained I had already paid and then she got confused and I left paying for toner, shampoo and conditioner only. However when I booked it, it indicated booking through the app was heavily discounted to £91, however this isn't the case at all and their usual price it seems. So clearly false advertising, really bad service, salon looks great but not clean and I although I am truly happy with the end product it isn't what I asked for. I would never go to this salon again. I didn't complain as not in me, and I had already paid.
