I have booked a last-minute waxing treatment and I had to wait for almost 20 mins (before already having postponed my appointment of 30 mins). The ambience was very good and the staff was polite. I had a full-leg and I have awarded 4 starts.

Very happy with my haircut. Pleasant welcome, nice salon and they had decaff coffee which is always a bonus! I thought the offer price of £29 was about right for the quality of haircut.
Yesterday I enjoyed my hair highlight treatment . The staff was very nice and welcoming. The result of my treatment looked perfect in the salon, but when I came back home I discovered that dark hair roots were not colored at all.

Had a wonderful experience at Pierre Alexandre, where all the staff was very professional and nice. Micheal, the stylist, was very good at interpreting my wishes and I'm very happy with my cut.
