My hair was coloured and damaged, and I had no high hopes as to what could be done to sort out the mess. Michael was brilliant, we discussed my objectives and came up with a plan. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome, it's brilliant!
Very nice atmosphere. I had cut and blow dry. Happy with the overall result. I Would recommend to a friend.
I'm not the sort of person who either clicks 5 stars or 1 star on everything I review... I'd like to think I'm critical and pragmatic. On this occasion I really can't fault my experience. I booked in for a mini-facial with Jillian. She was startlingly polite and friendly with a touch of class and confidence. I was ushered downstairs to a treatment room and she left me to get ready. I proceeded to have a fantastic facial, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage. I can't believe what was crammed into 30 mins as it felt like 45. Furthermore she used Decleor products at no charge, which was priced at a further £15 on the treatment menu. I came out looking and feeling great, not simply as I was on the way in but with a bit of moisturiser on. Absolutely delighted, and for £20 I'll be back.
I received an excellent haircut by Jodie. She listened to what I wantesd and came with suggestions. After my first was at home my hair is lovely and bouncy and easy to manage.

Lovely experience. The hairdresser talked me through what products would best suit my hair and has given me a very good quality cut. My hair feels fabulous.
