Staff are friendly and stylist listened to what I wanted - happy with my haircut. Gave low score for cleanliness as where they sat me there was left over hair all over the chair and desk from another client.

The masseur is very approachable and the massage was very good, she was very good at applying hard pressure to areas that needed some serious sorting out!

Colour is fantastic really pleased with the results. I've been looking for a new hairdressers for ages and I've found the perfect one with PA! Staff were all really friendly and helpful, looking forward to my next appointment
Think this is my fav salon in Manchester. Good value and each stylist I have seen have really listened to the style I have wanted and also made some good recommendations about hair products and care. Would certainly recommend.
