Lovely hairdresser who was chatty and very professional. I was offered a drink which was nice and I was seen promptly. The hairdresser asked me lots of questions about what I wanted before and during the treatment. She did a very good job and didn't try to sell me any products or make snarky remarks about how much I used straighteners or washed my hair or what products I use, which always winds me up! Overall a very good experience for what was a good value cut in a nice environment and a very convenient 6pm appointment.
I got recommend by a friend to visit this salon for a colour change and a cut and I was very pleased with the service everyone from the receptionist to the senior stylist were very friendly and welcoming I will be visiting the salon again and recommending it to all my friends
Staff binned my hair accessories while I was getting my hair washed.
Asked for a volumous bob curled under at the ends so it doesn't go flat....got it blow dried poker straight and flat to my head.
My head was burnt by the 'senior stylist' on two occasions with the hairdryer.
Complained about the poker straight hair and returned home with poker straight hair flicked out at the ends.
Horrific experience, definitely will never return. Had to go home and redo my entire hair for the wedding I was attending. Do not go!
The best indian head massage I have ever had. The Therapist was so professional and calming, I will be returning.
The service was very good, I really liked the result. I would recommend even though I find prices a bit high for a simple haircut.
