Needing a quick last minute trim, booked the same morning and visited at lunchtime. Great cut, always a pleasure to visit.
I was really disappointed with my hair colour, I have been getting a full head of blond highlights for about 5 years now but when I left the salon there was a large section at the back that looks like it has not been done and when I tie my hair up it looks like I have terrible roots. I don't feel like time was taken over my treatment and everything felt very rushed as if they just wanted me out the door as soon as possible.
The cut was nice, if a bit short and the staff were very pleasant but when paying over £100 that should be expected! I had heard really good things about Pierre Alexander so was really disappointed.

Any review site is full of people who give something 5 stars or 1 star. They're easily pleased or look at one disappointing element in isolation. It's as rare as unicorn poo for me to give anything full marks, but I'm always delighted with the service I get with facials at Pierre Alexandre. Everything from a warm friendly welcome, to the best products, to a fantastic quality, relaxing service. I've had a lot of facials over the years (my face would be like an old leather handbag otherwise) and for the money, there's none better than this. I come out feeling like I've awoken from a deep sleep and I look much better too. Treat yourself.
Really nice positive atmosphere: no matter whether you go senior or junior in this salon you always get really professional treatment. Excellent cut, lovely blow dry, seen on time.
Staff were fantastic really friendly and great at their jobs! Really pleased with the nails and the hair will be certainly be back. A week on the nails aren't chipped etc. lasted really well!
