Very satisfied. Felt comfortable and could talk about my hair eeds. I was introdu ed to some produ ts that were supposed to be good for my hair's needs but did not feel pushed to buy them in anywayWill go there again.
The only reason I went to Pierre Alexander is because the salon had really good reviews online but after experiencing the salon myself, I'm thinking they may have written some reviews themself (great marketing I must say.) The woman who cut my hair didn't even introduce herself or offer a drink. I only knew her name was 'Jody' because another employee called her. She decided she wanted to do what she wants with my hair with no input from myself. She didn't even ask how I want it styled and just dried it and left it frizzy. I had to tell her to style it considering I had only been in the salon for 35 minutes when I have super long hair and the majority of the time it takes the stylist at least an hour to cut and finish it.
P.S. I read a review prior to going to the salon on how they treat customers who have used a voucher inferior than full paying customers and I didn't think much of it. I had a £10 off code so I'm thinking that may have been the case with myself too. Either way, I wouldn't have chosen to go to this shabby salon if I didn't discover them through Wahanda.
