I am a frequent customer of Pierre Alexandre and usually have no complaints. However this time, the guy who blow dried my hair was the most rude individual I have ever encountered. I arrived 7 minutes late for my appointment and apologised on arrival, however he kept knit picking at how late I was and how much of an inconvenience I was on his day. He then left another girl to wash my hair and after left me sat in my chair. Meanwhile I played on my phone waiting for him to come over and when he came, he said 'I won't bother speaking to you because you are on your phone', I said it was fine, but he said 'it's fine if you can't be bothered to speak to me'. He then went on to tell me how much he absolutely hated extensions (me wearing extensions which cost £400 a pop), how they were tacky, they would make me bald and they weren't 'in' anymore. He also asked me what I do for a job and slated it. Overall the service was beyond atrocious and I also didn't leave with a 'curly' blow dry as I asked. Every girl goes to get their hair done to feel good about themselves, I left Pierre (this time) feeling extremely upset and frustrated. Unfortunately I won't be having my weekly blow dry here anymore.
Absolutely loved Jemima - very friendly and warm and kept me chatting the whole way through the appointment. Very professional and a true perfectionist. Thank you so much, I love my nails.
