I really like Pierre Alexandre, this is the only place I go to get my hair cut in Manchester. The service and place are always great. However, this time (maybe because of the holiday season) the lady that cut my hair was not friendly, it looked like she didn't want to be there. It's like she didn't care about my hair or what I really wanted.

Nice cut but not sure it's worth £40! Was kept waiting for 20 minutes and had to go and ask when I was due to be seen!
Efficient service. Didn't feel especially pampered. Perhaps more because it was just haircut and not the full works.
Fantastic cut, the shape is there all I have to do is blow dry it.
Staff are lovely, person washing my hair was very polite.
I had a Senior member of staff - Jovi and she was lovely and did my hair as I asked.
I would recommend this salon and their staff. Definitely found my Hairdressers. 10/10 and a reasonable price
