Really really pleased with my new haircut. It was my second time to Pierre Alexandre and another excellent experience. As somebody who isn't necessarily a 'hair person' both times they have been able to translate exactly what I was after from my terrible description and provide advice and insight to ensure that I was really happy with the finished article. They are always really friendly and accommodating and certainly don't judge me for my poor hair knowledge!
First time at this salon and I absolutely loved it! Mollie, who cut my hair, was brilliant and has done a great job! Will definitely be going back.
The hair dresser was friendly and had an eye for detail the place itself was clean and tidy so no complaints from me
Got a groupon deal but was told I would have to pay extra for a 'senior' stylist as no other stylist would be available for a few weeks. Arrived 3pm and out for 3.36pm, not exactly the pampering I was expecting. Got home and my daughter asked why I hadn't had it cut which said it all. I actually paid for a restyle and basically got a trim and my fringe cut which my own hairdresser would have done for free. I thought the stylist was rough blowing it to do something with it at the end - but no that was it. I think the stylists could need to go back to basics I was totally disappointed 😞 And embarrassed to tell my friends what I'd actually paid.
