I was late for my appointment so didn't have time for the massage. but they rearranged for me to have the massage at a later date. excellent customer service. my nails are gorgeous, nicest gels I've had yet and the facial was relaxing and has done wonders for my skin.

Another superb experience at Pierre Alexandre. They have just moved the treatment room to a bigger room which is an improvement although it was quite ok before. The treatment was thorough and unhurried using great quality products. Jilli is a true pro... Friendly and skilled. This is a high class professional outfit and I do keep going back to them.
