The second time i have been hear, got a really good hair cut both times, staff are really nice :)
Very friendly staff and efficient service. Good value offer on cut & blow dry.
used thinning scissors. this causes split ends and doesn't fix my thick hair problem for long. a skilled haircut usually does. came away with a lovely cut but with still too much weight in the back for it to be styled easily at home.
Big thank you for great advice and brilliant cut. Lucy your skill at cutting and understanding curly hair is truly great. I had many complements on my trip to Birmingham thanks to you. Treatwell made it easy to book and pay at the salon.
Receptionist was quite rude and not friendly. Stylist was very pleasant but the blow dry wasn't very good and I was in and out in 35 minutes. I had booked with a senior stylist but i think she was junior and it was like a conveyor belt. i wasn't even offered a drink!
I wont be going back.
