From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome, lovely staff, nice place and in a very convenient place. Absolutely loved my blow dry, it stayed the whole night and looked amazing, definitely will be back!
I was really disappointed with today's visit, especially since my last appointment was so good.
I mistakenly booked a wash and blow dry instead of a cut and blow dry but they were happy to change my appointment.
I have long hair with no layers so whist it is a simple cut, it was appalling that my hair was not split into sections and then cut - instead she took two minutes to quickly chop the ends and didn't even look at my hair again once it was dry.
Absolutely rubbish.
Really great service, the lady who done my hair was lovely and she really took the time to understand and carry out what I wanted. The blow dry was great and lasted days! I would highly recommend Pierre Alexander and will be returning for sure! X
