I booked this for my brother, and he loved his haircut (he is normally very hard to please😉)
Ash has been excellent. I have an amazing haircut. He got straight away the style I wanted and was quite fast
Venue needs a little renovation, as I had chosen a Director I was expecting the standard of the cut to be more experienced. The cut was worth the price I paid through Treatwell I wouldn't have paid full price for this cut.

I had a great haircut a with a senior stylist. She knew exactly what it was I was after and gave my a great cut that is easy to manage outside of the salon! It often takes me a while to get used to a new cut but I left very happy with this one.
I was kept waiting for some time and believe my treatment was not undertaken by a Senior Stylist as I had requested. However, the girl who washed my hair was efficient and polite. My stylist did his job with quiet concentration (just as I like) and explained why he was doing things in a certain way. I was pleased with the result. The salon is currently in a state of some chaos because of re-furbishing works and so I assume the basement area was a bit more cramped and noisy than usual. I am of the older generation and prefer a more peaceful environment but understand that there are times when this is not possible. Overall I was more than satisfied with my experience, although I would have been happier had I not been kept waiting so long.
