Booked via the Treatwell app but when I arrived I was told there was a mix up and the 'system' had booked me in with a member of staff who was on holiday.
Eventually managed to be seen by someone else who had just had a no-show.
The girl who coloured my hair was very pleasant and I was pleased with the results.
However the salon itself was dirty and untidy and it wasn't a particularly pleasant experience.
I go from one salon to the next when I get my haircut, constantly on the search for one where I can become a regular...maybe I just found it! I was comfortable and chilled throughout. I'm not great whatsoever at describing how I want my hair, which often leaves me disappointed and fed up, but for the first time in a long time when I left this salon I felt my hair stylist got it! I will be going back, which is a big deal for me...
