My hairstylist Hannah was very friendly and did an excellent job on my blonde highlights! She was also very good at cutting my hair and did what I asked. The only thing I would say was that upon arrival no one offered to take my coat or offered me a drink. Minor issues really when my hair was the main focus.
No waiting. Great service and very friendly staff. Will be going next time.

A really nice experience, though I thought it would last a little longer! My hairdresser understood exactly what I wanted and I'm really enjoying my cut. The downstairs area is not nearly as luxurious as the upstairs, but I understand that it was a busy day (a Friday afternoon) so space was limited. I was in and out of there in just over half an hour, which was a surprise, but can't complain for the excellent price I found on Treatwell. This was my second visit to Pierre Alexander and I'll certainly go back in the future.
