Firstly I received a confirmation text about my appointment 4 hours before the visit next the salon rang me saying my appointment has been cancelled because 'the treatwell app didn't confirm the appointment'. Why send me a confirmation text to remind me about the appointment to then cancel it??? Glad I decided to pick an option to pay at the venue. Waste of time
Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to have the services from this branch.I received a call 1h30 before my appointement to go to Didsbury.
I booked and paid with senior stylis for the first time in my life and it did not happen. I have paid GBP57.50 and my service was GBP40.00.
I would like to have a difference refund please.

Great haircut and blow dry by Ash. He really took his time and made sure I was happy each step of the way. Only downside to the experience was that I booked a stylist for £25 but got charged £30 by the woman at the till. I ended up paying more in tips as it was definitely worth more anyway but I think if a certain price is stated on booking it should be stuck to.
