Booked appointment on the app and received confirmation. On the day of the appointment was called by the salon to advise there was a problem with the booking and I could come 30mins later.
When I turned up for the appointment was advised that the person who had called me had booked me in with a different stylist and instead of being £20 as booked this appointment would be £51. Appreciate mistakes are made but wish I could have been told the stylist wasn't available on the phone prior to save me a wasted journey as didn't want to spend £51. The receptionist was friendly and advised they could book for another day but I was travelling in the morning and so not suitable.
