There had been a problem with booking through Treatwell, the stylist wasn't working when I arrived for my appointment so I had to return a couple of hours later. Luckily that wasn't a problem for me on that day. It was no fault of the salon. My experience was nice, the value was excellent. Jemma cut and dried my hair beautifully!

The junior girls at reception weren't v professional, just chatted amongst themselves instead of working but I would have done the same at their age too. Angelina/Angelica was amazing tho. Understood exactly what I wanted & good conversation too. I would 100% go back & pay full price for her (although the discount doesn't hurt!)
