Arrived at the correct time only to be told they had no notification of my booking I showed them the confirmation email but the receptionist said sorry we had a walk in ,your appointment has been took , which was kind of strange seeing as tho I wasn't late and they claimed 30 seconds earlier they had no notification of my booking , more annoyingly car parking cost me 5 £ for literally 15 mins ,

My first visit to Pierre Alexandre- I have thick hair and a lot of it, which means I need someone who can understand it first and then cut it. My appointment with Lucy was great- she understood what I wanted and was quick, professional but friendly. Will be coming back for sure!

After reading reviews, I double checked my booking and it hadn't come through from Treatwell. They rebooked me in which seemed fine but in arrival it was only for half head instead of full highlights. The hairdresser came back and said she was able to do them to which I was relieved and pleased! The colour I got was amazing and the cut was perfect. The only issue was they're booking system. I'll definitely be back but I'll be double checking my booking again. The waiting area was also so cramped in a corner I felt like I was in the way!
