Waiting area at the top of the stairs feels a bit awkward. The girl who did my hair didn't introduce herself (I still don't know her name) but, she was lovely and I was very pleased with my cut

It was ok but I don't think I'd go back again. I had to wait crammed into seats in the boiling hot waiting area while my hair dresser had a chat with the receptionist, there was someone else's hair all over the table where I was sat and I generally didn't think it was very clean. The hair stylist was nice but it ruins the experience when other members of staff come over and slag other customers off - it makes you think what they say about you when you've gone!
I also didn't get what I'd pre paid for via treatwell and got charged extra at the end for a treatment, so I wouldn't say it was good value at all.

The salon left me a voicemail to cancel a week before my appointment as they were fully booked (I'd booked a week before that) - called back to re-arrange, the lady said she didn't know and would get someone to call back. Still waiting for that call...!
