Friendly staff but blowdry wasn't exactly what I was looking for and I left a little disappointed.

Recommended by a friend who had a really good experience, and when I saw the sale I booked. At the end of the appointment, I felt rushed out. I wasn't shown the back of my hair, and felt that my hair was not cut how it said it would be. As I felt I was being rushed out, I couldn't really say anything. Granted I used the salon while there was a sale period, I did not feel as though it was worth the sale price, never mind normally. Actually quite disappointed.

I loved my first visit to Pierre Alexander, my stylist Mollie was personable, attentive and listened to everything I wanted.
I will definitely become a regular.
