Disappointed my treatment should last one hour lady senior hair stylist make my "style" in 35 minutes I was many times in salon in each visit is different according stylist and I have a feeling that when my appointment is booked from treatwell my visit in salon is worst maybe is cheaper then booking with salon and then each time I have feeling stylist just want to get rid of me with wathever hair style they created

Not the warmest of welcomes, felt I was being stared at by the 5 employees sat at reception, one asked for my name etc and took my around to a seat (but didn't give me her name/introduce herself) took my coat but didn't offer me a drink. Asked what I wanted doing to my hair but was distracted as I was talking to her which made me feel uneasy. Had my hair painfully washed. Nails digging in, very rough, water in my eyes. She was rushing and just didn't seem to care. Again with the hair cut she was really rough and unprofessional, didn't use clips to hold my hair up as she cut or blow dried the lower layers so I was left with half my hair hanging over my face, which you expect a bit of but she didn't do it with care. Throwing the hair over my head so it whipped me in the face. The use of the round brush was the worst bit, she kept hitting my cheek with the brush as she dried it until I had visible scratches from it. But no apologies. My scalp was really sore afterwards and has been dry and sensitive ever since. Also... the bag her equipment came out of was dirty, she only applied product once before she blow dried it, no hairspray or finishing products at the end, wasn't asked how I would like my hair dried, I was in and out in under 30 minutes which tells you a lot about how I was treated! The salon might be great but because of my experience with one hairdresser there I won't ever go back and won't recommend it to anyone.
I should have spoken up at the time but it's difficult when it's happening to you and I'm not very confident. I just wanted to get out of there.

The place was dirty and needed a re vamp. My hair was awful, he hardly cut it and the colour is patchy and not visible. Overall i am not very happy.
