I wasn't overwhelmed by my experience here. Staff were friendly and the salon was very clean but the haircut wasn't the best I've had and I was in and out within half hour. Not great value for money.

Terrible experience unfortunately they have not been train to minimum customer service skills. they have charged my appointment 3 times on the day. i have wasted time , booked off work and really i was not impressed therefore do not recommend anyone this salon. they don't welcome you it s just always busy however 3-4people are chilling around that reception, without even asking you if you want some water, take your coat etc. Most of the time i booked using their app or treatwell it looks like they don't give importance and treat you without care.
