I booked with treat well and it said the cost would be £25 I arrived at the salon went down stairs to get my hair washed I then sat in a chair and waited for the stylist I told him I wanted a graduated Bob my hair was dripping wet onto my shoulders and he started to cut He didn't section the hair and cut it way too short when he'd finished I went to the desk to pay they couldn't find my details on the lap top and was told it was £30 When I got home I checked my booking it said £25 so I rang them I was told to ring back at 6 pm to speak to a manager ,I rang back and was told he's finishing someone's hair he will ring you back 4 days later I still waiting I won't be going there again or booking with treat well
