Mollie is amazing! Straight away she was bubbly, really listened to what I was asking for and delivered! It's been a long time since I had a hair cut I liked, especially my fringe but she did an amazing job. I've found my regular new hairdresser!!!

The haircut seems to be ok so far. I asked for a smooth blow dry with some movement at the end.. I left with a bushy mess that's still wet from the inside. It's not curly it's not straight. It's not even wavy. It's a mess. My hair feels worse than before. There was no effort in my blow dry, just roughly done with no care. I had an event in the evening to go to, thinking I'd get a nice blow dry from a recognised salon. Instead, I have to go and wash and blow dry my hair myself. Waste of £25.

The Sunday appointment was cancelled and contact has not reached me. However it was rearranged and dealt with effectively. The hairdresser was very helpful to speed up my appointment and did a great job at my colouring.
