Always come out with a great haircut and colour. Only disappointment this time was I believed I booked with Mollie (I called up the salon to confirm who's initials were who before booking) and another girl did my hair. She did a great job on my hair but the experience was very awkward as she made no attempt at conversation and when I did speak to her to try and prompt one it was obvious she wasn't interested with 'yeah yeah' responses.

Didn't make the appointment because I was called 30 mins prior to say the stylist was running late and wanted to put my appointment back. This is the second time they have tried to change my appointment time. I won't be returning here as I am constantly let down.

My hair wash took ages and felt very unprofessional. The girl who did my hair that supposedly was a senior stylist didn't put any product in my hair to keep it from heat damage, it felt like she was rushing and just wanted to get out of there.
