Visited Pierre Alexandre with my daughter. She wanted a full head colour on already coloured hair. Lucy was fantastic with her. Gave her very sound advice and told her she would damage her hair if she agreed to do what my daughter wanted. Instead my daughter had highlights. This is our second appointment with Lucy and she has been great on both occasions. The colour, cut and blow dry were super. Lucy is a very calm, serene hairdresser. My daughter's hair is incredibly thick and so we are always in the salon for three plus hours. We were very well looked after and many thanks to Lauren who gave Izzy beautiful waves. All in all a very positive experience and we will be back in October.

There was a problem with treatwell and PA's system which meant that appointments were being double booked so my appointment had to be rearranged from the original date booked. Apart from that, friendly and professional as always.
