I'm really pleased with my hair! Aaron was friendly and did what I wanted, also offering advice. Other staff were also very pleasant. Only thing I thought was a little cheeky was having to pay an extra £10 for toner, I thought they put that on anyway after colour and I haven't had to pay extra for it before.
