The haircut is fine, the staff is friendly, but it's just the booking process which is complicated. I booked my appointment online and then I was called before my apt to be told that there is no time-slot available on that day (I had pre-paid). Only because they had a cancellation they gave me a 9am on a Saturday. In the past a similar situation happened and I ended up paying for a haircut I never received.

Speedy and efficient service, lovely friendly and attentive staff. Was in & out for a cut & blow dry in less than an hour which was impressive! Great first time experience during recent visit to MCR.
