Can't complain about the cut it was very nice and I love the style. However the place was very dirty. I was a late appointment but it seemed like dirt that had been there a while. I had my hair washed in a sink full of other people's hair, I had my hair brushes with a brush with other people's hair. Their was dry old hair in all the crevices. The hairdresser was very rough with my head. However it was an overall good cut so....

Attended at 11:30 for my appointment, only to be told that they had been trying to ring me (my phone showed no signs of any missed calls, and no voice messages had been left) to tell me that they wouldn't be able to cut my hair as another customer had colour that needed to be taken out. I offered to wait until that was done, but was told that wasn't possible, with no explanation for why not. I was given the option to come back at 2pm, which wasn't possible as I only had the morning off work. In short, a waste of time from a poorly-run salon.
