Unfortunately I will not be recommending this hairdresser. The blonde lady on reception was horrible and made me feel awful for being 10 minutes early for my appt. The water ran cold whilst my hair was being washed and I was requested to walk through the salon and downstairs with dripping wet hair (no towel provided). The hairdresser did not listen to what I wanted at all and ignored my requests throughout. I was so disappointed as there were so many great reviews!

I was very annoyed, as my booking was cancelled on Saturday morning, just few hours before the appointment, they didn't even try to squeeze me in on that Saturday, they've only offered me an appointment on Monday. I am very busy and that's why I book my hairdresser appointments in advance. I can't really rate the venue (ambience and cleanliness) as I didn't have the chance to visit the venue, so the low score does not really reflect the reality, and it should be read as "not applicable". Overall I am particularly unsatisfied of this poor customer service. Luckily I have found a last minute appointment with a salon close by Red Angel Hair (through Treatwell), and they've been amazing.
