My hair looks lovely, however I paid £25+ for the toner so it wasn't really that much cheaper than just booking directly

This was my first time using Treatwell. I arrived at the salon at 12.45pm as my booking confirmation stated. The salon had no details of my booking and said they had had a lot of trouble with Treatwell recently. There were no appointments available until 3pm, so had to wait in Manchester centre for another 2 hours, not ideal on a Saturday just before Christmas. Won't be using Treatwell again.
